At Saxbys Soft Drinks, we’re committed to ensuring our customers love our products. However, we understand that sometimes things might not go as expected. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, here’s our policy on returns.

Policy Duration: You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to notify us of any issues and to initiate a return.

Condition of Returns:

  • For Faulty Products: If you’ve received a product that is faulty or not as described, please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.
  • For Change of Mind: We accept returns for unopened products in their original condition. Please note that return shipping costs for change of mind are the responsibility of the customer.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Approval: Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll send you a confirmation email with return instructions.
  3. Send It Back: Pack the item securely and send it back to us, following the instructions provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we’ll process your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, follow the return process, and specify that you’re seeking an exchange.

Non-returnable Items: Please note that we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
